As an artist, not only is my goal to spread light and positivity, but to also leave a lasting impact on those who view my work. Throughout my lifetime, I’ve had many “dark nights of the soul” experiences and from those experiences I have learned to look towards the stars in the night sky for hope and guidance. I work to create messages that speak of love and empowerment so that others have a star to look to in the dark.

One of my first memories is from when I was four years old drawing a picture of a purple cat. My love for art and animals only grew from there. At age ten I began writing stories to go along with the characters I drew and then at twelve I taught myself how to animate them. My passion for creating has continued to thrive as I continue writing, making art, and pursuing a degree in art education.

I grew up LGBTQIA+ and autistic in a town that was still learning how to approach such subjects, but this only gave me the opportunity to learn how to educate and support others who were working to gain an understanding. One of my goals in my career is to stand confidently as  representation as well as continuing to spread awareness with the intent to educate through what I create.
